During period of the national 10th Five Year Plan, HL has bought and installed two nitrogen atmosphere heat treatment production lines, 10 automatic grinding production lines and 30 sets of testing and inspecting instruments and devices, and some of tuning machines. All pressing forging equipments have also been updated with latest technology in China. Now HL is able to supply P6 and P5 class products to its customers. When the national 11th Five Year Plan comes to end, HL will have an annual production capability of 30 million pieces with a production volume of 65 million US dollars.
